By accessing or using the ASKADOER platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, service providers ("Doers"), and affiliates.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The ASKADOER mobile application and website.
• Customer: An individual or entity booking services through the Platform.
• Doer: An independent service provider offering services through the Platform.
• Service: Any on-demand, on-site, or online service facilitated through the Platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Not transfer or share your account with others

All bookings are subject to Doer availability and acceptance. Payment processing is handled securely through the Platform. By booking a service, you agree to:

• Pay the agreed-upon service fee as displayed at booking
• Pay applicable platform fees, taxes, and any additional charges
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize charges for completed services

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and Doer. Generally:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before service may receive full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur cancellation fees
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in full charge
• Doers may cancel bookings; customers will receive full refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

7. Doer Responsibilities

If you operate as a Doer, you agree to:

• Provide services professionally and as described
• Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate availability and service information
• Respond to booking requests promptly
• Complete identity verification and background checks
• Pay applicable platform fees and commissions

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate service requirements and location information
• Be present and available at scheduled service times
• Provide a safe working environment for on-demand/on-site services
• Treat Doers with respect and professionalism
• Provide honest ratings and reviews
• Report any issues or concerns promptly through the Platform

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

ASKADOER is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service providers. Doers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of ASKADOER. ASKADOER does not employ or directly provide services. All services are performed by independent Doers who set their own schedules and service parameters.

10. Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate and review services. You agree that:

• Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual experience
• Reviews may not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• ASKADOER reserves the right to remove reviews that violate policies
• Reviews are public and may be displayed on profiles

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent the Platform to arrange direct payments
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by ASKADOER or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ASKADOER IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY DOERS
• ASKADOER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF USERS
• THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• ASKADOER'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• ASKADOER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASKADOER, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. Termination

ASKADOER may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may close your account at any time through account settings.

17. Modifications to Terms

ASKADOER reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ASKADOER is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
